Starting Off

First things first, name is Cory and I spend pretty much all of my free getting off the grid. That is to say I am in the outdoors, in areas that have little to no human traffic. Whether it be hiking, backpacking, fishing, hunting, or snowboarding, I document it all through photography. My hope is that I can share a fraction of the adventure and beauty of what I do and where I go with you.

This weekend I will be either fishing or scouting Jones Pass for a line to hit in August. I have trouble finding a balance in keeping winter sports just in the winter. My goal for 2011 is to snowboard every month. So far, so good getting to the hotter months so lines will be farther and few between. We shall see what I end up doing as the weekend approaches. You can expect an update with a great fishing story or a scouting report for Jones Pass.

Until then a few photos from the short backpack trip to Lost Lakes....
